We grow and sell high quality vegetables for the Orange County and research triangle area. 2015 is our first season here in North Carolina. We have managed our own Certified Organic Vegetable farm for the past 3 years in Maryland. Nourishing Acres is in the process of becoming Certified Organic by QCS. In the meantime you can rest assured that our produce is grown in accordance with the organic standards set forth by the National Organic Program.

Special Services:
We offer a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription for individuals and families who would like to participate and receive an amazing array of vegetables over a 22 week period beginning in June and ending in October. We will also be offering a fall/winter share for folks who want to continue to share the bounty into the shorter and colder months of the year. More information on our fall/winter CSA will be available later in the season.
For more information about our main season (June-October) CSA please visit our website at www.nourishingacres.com. We will be offering both an on farm pick up as well as a pick up at a local farmers market in either the Durham or Chapel Hill area. The location will be determined in the coming weeks. Please contact us for more information. Our CSA, which will provide you and your family with 22 weeks of the freshest produce grown right here in Orange County, NC, costs $550 for the 2015 season. We accept checks as well as payment on our website. You can also find our products available at select farmers markets and restaurants in the area. Currently we sell at these fine markets. General Directions:
We are located just 8 miles north of Hillsborough, NC. Our farm and CSA are conveniently located at the home of the previous You Pick blueberry operation (what is now Cedar Grove Blueberry Farm) along Route 86 North. Our CSA pick up location is just off Route 86 North on the right hand side of the road.
