Product Specifications:
Grows vegetables year-round because we grow in an organic high tunnel greenhouse and LED climate controlled hydroponic room. We also grow swiss chard, arugula, curly kale, dinosaur kale, gourmet lettuce mix, pea shoots, micro-greens, daikon radish shoots, dehydrated pea shoots, zephyr squash, spaghetti squash, and butternut squash.
