We are a small farm business in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of NC. We grow most all of the products used in our jams, jellies and preserves. No artificial ingredients are in the products we process. No pesticides are used on our farm. Everything is grown organically. You can taste the freshness of our products that are grown with the help of the sun, gentle rain and soft Smoky Mountain breezes.
We offer a variety of products including: Sizzlin Strawberry Preserves, Blueberry Blast Jam, Blackberry Bonfire Jam, Peach Chipotle Preserves, Peppery Jelly, Zesty Red Onion Jelly,and Hot Pepper Garlic Jelly. Our jellies and preserves may be used as marinades or as hors d'oeuvres with cream cheese. The fruits can also be used as toppings on ice cream to give you that wonderful sweet taste of freshness with a warm bite. So yummy. In season we also offer Ragin Ramp Jelly. We won 2nd place for our pepper and peach in the Haywood County fair and the Mountain State Fair! Our pepper jelly took 1st place in the State Fair in Raleigh! See us at the Applachian Lifestyles Festival Saturday June 11th in Historic Downtown Waynesville.
General Directions:
Hwy 40 West to exit 15 left on Bobcat right on Rosalee. We are located in the White Oak area of Haywood County nestled in a beautiful cove off of Bobcat Road.
