We sell Wagyu cattle, Pastured Wagyu beef - Tenderloin Filet, Porterhouse, Boneless Rib Eye, New York Strip, T-Bone, Sirloin, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Chuck Steak, Cube Steak, Top/Round/Chuck Roast, Ground Beef, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Soup Bones and Organ Meats. We have English Heritage Breed Pork, Large Blacks, Gloucestershire Olde Spots and Berkshires. All raised naturally without inorganic inputs, petroleum based products or man-made chemical additives or medicines. Pastured Heritage Breed Pork - Olde Spots, Large Blacks Narganesette Turkeys for THANKSGIVING, 12 to 15 lbs range All natural, free range, cleaned and ready to cook. Available in late fall halves and wholes reserve with deposit. Pastured Poultry - French Label Rouge chickens, French Mallard Ducks, Dominique Chickens, French Naked Necks, Pastured Lamb - Old Style Dorset with UK genetics.
