Sunshine Strawberry Farm is a small family owned farm. We have been in business for two years and are presently re-establishing our strawberry fields to a new location and looking forward to a fresh crop in 2010. The soil at the new location has been fallow (not farmed)for many years. This rich soil should provide our customers with a scrumptious berry. We are harvesting the trees from this land and will recycle them into a new barn and roadside stand.
Our progressive strawberry farm features "plasticulture" farming with raised beds and drip tape irrigation. Irrigation is provided from a spring fed pond.
