Our cattle are always in large grazing pastures, with
plenty of room to roam and that is why we are a GAP Step 4 Farm (see below). In addition to the grass and hay in their pastures our cattle also always have Free Choice access to our carefully formulated ration of silage and corn (grown by us), dried distillers grain, a special formulation of probiotics and minerals, and a supplement comprised of cinnamon, kelp and garlic. The combination of Free Choice feed, sweet granite water and grazing in a stress free environment is essential to the outstandingly consistent flavor of our meat, and contributes greatly to the overall health of the animals.
Special Services:
We sell Brasstown Beef in individual cuts. All of our meat is vacuum packed to ensure the freshest product possible.
