Dates and Times:
Midtown Farmer's Market: April- October, Saturday mornings from 8 am-12 pm. Wake Forest Farmers Market: May- September, Wednesday afternoons from 3-6pm. November-March,Saturday mornings from 10-12.
Product Specifications:
Pasture raised chicken, goat, rabbit, duck and turkey. Eggs from pasture kept hens. All animals are fed non-medicated feeds, cared for using herbal methods and are on pasture from birth to processing. Seasonal produce and herbs are grown without harmful chemicals or pesticides. A variety of fresh cut flowers are offered throughout the growing season.
Special Services:
We periodically host educational events for local youth organizations including 4-H programs and homeschool groups. We are partnering with Vance Granville Community College in offering educational seminars on natural/herbal methods of animal care beginning fall 2013.
