We are open every Saturday from 9 to 1 or by appointment any other time. We also do several farmers markets. See our website for farmers market listings and retail locations that carry our products.
Product Specifications:
We offer all natural, dry aged, pasture raised local beef to the public and supply restaurants. We also offer nitrate and nitrite free all natural pork products, as well as all natural free range chickens. We have humanely raised, milk fed, local veal and a limited supply of goat meat.
Special Services:
We offer farm tours and educational seminars discussing
several important issues in the beef industry today.
