Product Specifications:
We make Farmstead Artisanal Goat cheeses by hand the old fashioned way. We make fresh cheese, French Style cheeses and a limited amount of aged cheese. We do not use any animal by-products and only use plant based vegetable rennet which makes our cheese suitable for vegetarians

Special Services:
We work closely with area chefs and provide a a personal touch and custom applications for specific events and menu planning. We do take special advance orders for our regular customers. We also ship within NC and NYC. Credit cards accepted.

At this time we only sell on site to local chefs.
