Product Specifications:
Vegetables grown by the seller from seeds, sets or
seedlings; Fresh cut or dried flowers and herbs grown by the seller from seeds or seedlings; Fruits, nuts or berries
grown by the seller from trees, bushes or vines on the
seller's farm; Plants grown by the seller from seed,
seedling, transplant or cutting; Bulbs propagated by the
seller; Eggs produced by the seller's poultry; Meat (frozen)from animals raised on the vendors' premises; Cheese (farmstead or artisanal) made on the seller's property all or partly made from animals raised on the seller's premises; Honey produced by the seller's bees; Fresh (never frozen) baked goods made by the seller; Candies or confections made by the seller; Preserves, pickles, relishes, sauces, vinegars, jams or jellies made by the seller; Fresh prepared foods (i.e. salsas, pesto) must
be made largely from ingredients grown by the seller;
Old-fashioned farm arts or old-fashioned handmade arts;
Firewood cut from the seller's property.
Special Services:
The Montgomery County Farmers' Market Association was
established in 2011 to encourage farming in the Montgomery
County area and strengthen Montgomery County's sense of
community. As the areas only growers-only farmers market, it supports local farms as a viable part of the community by providing a place for local farmers to sell their produce directly to consumers. The market strives to be a blend of fresh marketplace and gathering spot in locations throughout Montgomery County for all members of the community.

The Troy Farmers' Market is located at 417 North Main Street (NC Hwy 134) in downtown Troy. Look for the Cashpoints ATM in the parking lot where the market is located.
