Dates and Times:
We prefer that the orders be picked up at our farm by appointment only. There is some flexibility in pickup for extenuating circumstances. We will be at the Brevard Tail Gate Market on Saturdays selling lamb by the cuts when available. Contact us for specific dates.
Product Specifications:
Specializing in Pasture Raised Lamb. Naturally raised on Open Pasture and Fresh Mountain spring water. Our lamb is grain finished to maximize tenderness and flavor on locally grown grain. No commercial feed or growth hormones added. Our lambs are Katahdin/Dorper cross, known for their relatively lean meat and mild flavor, vacuumed sealed for lasting quality and freshness.
Special Services:
I can deliver a few lambs to Shelby and South Asheville NC for any customers to the east of us that need some help with delivery. Most of our lamb is pre sold by the half or whole lamb.
General Directions:
US 64 West toward Rosman, turn left at the Korner Mart Gas Station onto the Old Rosman Hwy, go one mile and turn left at Our Country Store onto Calvert Rd, behind the store make a right on Lyons Mtn Rd, go to the end of the road and continue up the hill on Parker Farm Rd, go past the trout pond to the last house.
