Product Specifications:
High Country CSA is a cooperative of over 15 farms producing by organic standards in the High Country of North Carolina. We offer a 20-week CSA vegetable share from June-October. Our family-size shares include an average of 8 different vegetables each week. Add-ons including eggs, chevre, meat, organic bread and fruits are also available. Our multiple-farm model offers a great variety of vegetables throughout the season. From November-April we hold monthly orders of vegetables, dairy, meat, and bread.
