Any time we are home we are open, except Christmas Day.
We are open Monday-Friday 9 am-2 pm closed Wednesday. Always call ahead if possible.
Product Specifications:
We offer completely grass fed goat and lamb meats sold by the pound from our home or at local farm markets. We also have free range chicken and duck eggs. In addition, we grow apples, pears, figs, grapes, pumpkins and some other vegetables which we sell and preserve.
Special Services:
We have been raising animals for over 60 years here on this farm in Northeast, North Carolina. We are "transitional" farmers. This refers to produce/meats that has been grown organically for less than three(3) years, or has been grown by a farm using organic methods but has not yet obtained an "Organic" certification. We run our farm like it has been run for many years...the NATURAL way. At our farm, no hormones or steroids are used. Our animals are given lots of fresh green grass to eat. Also our pasture is well planted with herbs and specialized plants to keep our animals healthy.

Take Hwy 17 N, towards VA state line, turn right on Keeterbarn Rd. Our address is 225 Keeterbarn Rd, South Mills, NC. If possible please let us know ahead of time that you are coming because we are at 3 farmers markets per week. We might not be there.
