Product Specifications:
Farmstead goat's milk cheese and chevon (goat meat), GMO-free, antibiotic-free, added growth hormone-free, "green"-fed. "Green"-fed meat is higher in CLA and Omega-3 healthy fat--proven cancer fighters.
Special Services:
A CSC (cheese version of CSA) is offered in 2010. Details will be posted on the website. Several locations are available for cheese pick-up. The farm will be open to the public in 2010 for the first time in 6 years. Daddy's Girl Dairy cheeses can be found this season at the following local farmer's markets: Yadkinville, Pecan Park in Statesville, Charlotte Regional Farmer's Market on Yorkmont,Conover, Dixie Classic Fairgrounds in Winston-Salem and other exciting locations as details are finalized.
