8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Saturdays from first Saturday in May
through first Saturday in September. Rain or shine.
Wheelchair accessible, free parking, shade trees, etc.
Holiday market the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
Product Specifications:
Producer only. Locally grown vegetables and fruits direct
from farmers to market. Also local naturally raised beef,
pork, lamb, and free-range eggs. Sweet ciders, jams,
jellies, wine, and made-from scratch baked goods. Fresh
cut flowers, perennials, annual plants and herbs. Quality
locally-made crafts.
Special Services:
Free community table available weekly, call to reserve.
Children entertainment, music and special events throughout
season.
General Directions:
From route 40 exit 130. Left at end of exit. Right at
route 16 business south. Downtown Conover in Post Office
parking lot at 16 and 1st Street. From Hickory or Newton
take route 321 business east into Conover. Take left at
traffic light just past Terry Moore Ford and BoJangles on
right. Next light take left (16 business north). After
2nd light, watch for market signs on right.
