"home of Great Steaks" since 1946, our quarter/half sides of aged beef are hormone free. Our "Aged Angus" is all natural, and results in palatable, bold, and juicy tasting meat. By dry-aging(evaporating the moisture from the beef)the muscle and fat are "fused" and natural enzymes cause juices to be absorbed into the beef. We do it the old fashion way, hang a half side of beef in our cooler and let it age naturally.
