Product Specifications:
We specialize in forest farmed shiitake, lions mane, oyster and many more medicinal gourmet edible mushrooms. We also have a lab and produce spawn and indoor grown mushrooms. We have classes on outdoor shiitake production, wine cap beds, and indoor mushrooms operations. Open for school tours as well. We sale at the Wake Forest Farmers Market every Saturday and in Raleigh at the State Farmers Market at MAE Farm booth in the Market shoppers building.
Special Services:
We do shiitake log demonstrations at various locations check my Facebook like page to see hours and dates. Also Fall forays for wild mushroom hunting expeditions.
